I am a strategist and evaluator who builds upon my experience in the field of applied research to help organizations use data to inform decisions, strengthen strategy, and drive meaningful, sustained impact. I created Pinyon & Pine Strategy to help impact-focused organizations do more good. 

When I am not “getting nerdy over data,” I can be found either with a book in hand or  traipsing among the trees of the Collegiate Peaks, Colorado with my dog, Windsor, and husband, Joe.

Through Pinyon & Pine, my work focuses on helping organizations move beyond compliance-driven measurement toward learning systems that support reflection, adaptation, and action. She brings experience across nonprofit, philanthropic, and public sector contexts, and is particularly drawn to work that integrates strategy, evaluation, and change management.

I love working alongside leaders and teams to make data feel more accessible, practical, participatory, and responsive to real-world complexity. I believe that thoughtful, well-designed data practices can support stronger decisions, deeper alignment, and lasting impact. I created Pinyon & Pine so that I have the nimbleness to customize my approach and tailor collaboration to the needs of each unique partner organization.
